Chalet Catherine - very stylish, sleeps 6

Chalet Catherine is an individual and stunningly designed 3 bedroom chalet in a quiet area but easily accessible by car. Designed to really maximise the views of the mountains and valleys, there would appear to be more glass than wood! Please click on this image to see our gallery pictures.
It has an open plan main floor with wood burning fireplace, a spacious and beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Dining takes place surrounded by views on 270 degrees. Rattan and canvas sofas in front of the log burning fire, again with stunning views. Downstairs you'll find 1 double bedroom with amazing wow factor windows and en-suite shower room, 1 twin or double bedroom and 1 bunk room, there is a family bathroom. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor which is furnished with a futon and large flat screen suitable for watching DVDs.

The chalet is situated approximately 2.5km from the lifts, pistes and centre of the village. The access road is cleared of snow by the commune but winter tyres and chains are highly recommended. There is private parking for 2 cars.

Have a holiday from the cooking too! We offer freshly prepared 2 course meals. For example, Beef Bourgignon followed by frozen raspberry mousse; or a classic rich meat lasagne and green salad, then Apple Charlotte and whipped cream for afters; all you need to do is pop it in the oven to reheat - ready by the time you've had a shower and a drink! The catering is by a professional chef, so if you have dietary requirements, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them or make alternative menu suggestions. You need only to decide on which evenings you would like to take advantage of this service, just 1 night or the whole week.

Ground floor and mezzanine:

Kitchen - Fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, teapot, and full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment, arranged with an 'island' to provide plenty of preparation space.
Stairs to mezzanine with flat screen for DVD watching and futon. Velux with sunblind.
Lower ground floor:
Ski and boot storage room
1 Double bedroom with 270 degree views, built-in wardrobes, hairdryer
1 Twin or double bedroom, built in wardrobe, double aspect window and glass door to outside
1 bunk bedroom, glass door to outside
Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Washing machine
Other facilities include iron and board, stair gates, cot (please bring your own bedding), high chair. Wifi internet access (Chf 5 per day it is used)
Dining outside in summer - Garden furniture and BBQ are available for making the most of the beautiful garden area in the hot summer months.

Availability/Booking

Please check availability on our calendar below. Bookings are usually taken from Sunday to Sunday. You will be able to collect the keys from 4pm on your arrival date and must vacate the property by 10am the following Sunday. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside of these days/times as we will always try to accommodate requests.

* Prices are quoted in Swiss francs; payments to be made in Swiss francs.

A 25% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We take credit card details on arrival to cover damage or excessive cleaning.

Included in the price:
The price shown for the week includes quality bed linen and towels for up to 6 people. The price also includes the cleaning of the chalet, although we do ask that you leave the chalet tidy.

Not included:
Electricity is charged locally at 0.3 Chf per Kwh. The meter will be read on your arrival and again on your departure.
Firewood is available (to be paid locally) please ask when booking or can be arranged with us on arrival
Tourist tax (2chf per night per adult, 1 chf per night per child ages 6 - 16; 5yrs and under - free)
