After a hard day's skiing you may find shopping and cooking a meal a little tiresome, or you & the children may be too tired to go out for a meal. We can provide 2 course meals, for example, Turkey Tagine, vegetable and preserved lemon couscous followed by a frozen raspberry mousse or a classic rich meat lasagne, green salad, followed by a chocolate gateau for dessert; all you need to do is pop it in the oven to reheat - ready by the time you've had a shower and drink! The catering we offer is all freshly prepared by a professional chef, you need only to decide on which evenings you would like to take advantage of this service, just one night or all 7. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know as we can usually adjust the menu accordingly.

Accommodation

Large open plan living room with plenty of comfortable sofas for everyone, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player, sound system with CD player and MP3 connectivity, Wii including balance board and controllers.
High-speed Wifi broadband connection.
Large wooden dining table linking the kitchen and living room.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with dishwasher, conventional and steam ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, teapot, and full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment including raclette machines.
Utility - Washing machine and separate dryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner etc
Large entrance hall - with plenty of drying space and boot/ski room with heated boot dryer.
Top floor: Bedroom 1 is a spacious 32m² with a balcony and fabulous views, ensuite with bath & shower over; twin basins. The room can be arranged as a twin or super king size double.
Bedroom 2 is almost as big with a balcony and fabulous views, ensuite with shower. The room can be arranged as a twin or super king size double
Mid floor: Bedroom 3, with a double bed and has a lovely high angled ceiling. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet and basin.
Ground floor: Bedrooms 4 & 5 both have full size bunk beds, and both with shower toilet and basin in their ensuites
2 x Travel cots, 2 x high chair and 2 stair gates available (please bring your own bedding for the cots)

Availability/Booking

Please check availability on our calendar below. For Chalet Couronne bookings are usually taken from Sunday to Sunday. You will be able to collect the keys from 3pm on your arrival date and must vacate the property by 10am the following Sunday. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside of these days/times as this may be possible.

Payments are made in Swiss francs and a currency exchange calculation is made on the invoice date, using the converter found on our 'Availability / Calendar' page.

Included in the price:
The price shown for the week includes quality bed linen and towels for up to 10 people. The price also includes the cleaning of the chalet, although we do ask that you leave the chalet tidy.

Electricity is charged locally at 0.2 Chf per Kwh.
Firewood is available (to be paid locally) please ask when booking or can be arranged with us on arrival.

On arrival we ask for credit card details as security deposit in case of damage to the chalet or if excessive cleaning is necessary. At the end of your stay we will read the electricity meter and calculate cost, we will also ensure that your Tourist Tax has been paid; please ensure you have enough cash at the end of the week.
