About Us
Dan and Mini have been working in the UK for the last 10 years but have now been drawn to a new life in the mountains.
Mini was a chalet girl for a couple of seasons in her late teens before a life on the waves on private yachts where Mini and Dan met. Starting as stewardess Mini soon realised that her true passion was for cooking, after qualifying as a chef, she returned to yachts where she would discuss the day’s menus with the wealthy owners before provisioning and preparing top quality cuisine.
We have decided to indulge our love of the mountains, the skiing, the mountain biking, the hiking……..
