Accommodation is flexible during the summer months – stay as a B & B guest, or on a half board basis.

The lifts are open from early July through to end of August so you can really explore the mountains..
There’s loads to do - here's some suggestions

Walking – take it steady along the ancient irrigation streams (bisses) as they gently follow the contours, or challenge yourself by hiking up into the high mountains to reach one of the mountain refuges. See the video YouTube

Parapenting - we will book a tandem flight for you, or take lessons to fly yourself.... see Mini flying Mini takes to the sky!!

Mountain biking – bring your own or rent one, we can arrange a guide so you don’t miss the best descents and singletrack, all the lifts will carry bikes, and we’ll provide secure storage and cleaning facilities. Each year there is at least one major competition - see the Swiss Downhill Champs 2009 and watch out for the imposter!!

We have our own petanque (boules) piste behind the chalet

Tennis and swimming and horse riding are available in the village.

Or there's fishing in the local rivers and lakes

Golf – in Verbier and nearby in the valley bottom

Visit the Grand Dixence dam, it’s massive and the lake it creates is really impressive.

Relax on the terrace in a hammock or deck chair with a book and a drink……

Thought you couldn’t have a beach day in the mountains? – Just a few miles from Sion, the lakes of an old gravel pit have been transformed with sandy beaches ideal for swimming, sailing, archery, etc

The area is also renowned for its Mediterranean type climate with the number of sunny days well above the national average.
